Rules and guidelines for making the best of your Strings & Spirits experience:
Blankets, Chairs, Easy Ups and Quick Ups are welcomed
Outside Food and Beverages are Prohibited, as food and beverages will be available for purchase at the festival
Overnight Camping, Unauthorized Vending, Illegal Substances and Pets are prohibited
Tastings end at 6:30. Wine bottle and Case sales go through the end of festival
Gates open at 11:00 and close at 7:00
Can I bring my children to the event?
Yes
What does my taster ticket get me?
A wine glass with unlimited tastings OR a beer glass with 5 taster tokens. Each token is good for a 4 ounce tasting.
Can I buy more tokens?
Yes, tokens will be sold for $1 each to purchase 4 ounce tastings. A 16 ounce beer will cost you $4
What does my non-taster ticket get me?
A non-taster ticket grants you admission to the festival, you will not be able to taste or purchase alcohol.
What is the closest lodging to the event?

What do I need to bring?
You must bring a valid ID to purchase a taster band, or if already purchased online bring your ID to claim your band, and a blanket or chair.
What do I do in case of emergency on site?
There is one designated EMERGENCY area on site, and there are trained medical personnel on site at all times. Please familiarize yourself with this location as soon as you enter the site. If there is an emergency, feel free to approach ANY FESTIVAL STAFF or VOLUNTEER. ANYONE carrying a RADIO, driving a GOLF CART will make it his or her priority to help – please ask for help if you need it.
What if I am too intoxicated to drive?
Please come to the box office and our festival staff will be more than happy to arrange for a cab. You will be allowed to enter the festival site the following day to get your car.
Are there discounts for military or teachers?
Yes, all active & non-active duty military and teachers will be admitted free of charge. Please bring your government issue ID or School Teacher ID for free admission to the festival.
I am a member of the press. How do I register for my pass?
Media members, please notify us in advance preferably by email elevenvines@gmail.com prior to the week of May 27th. If you do not notify us at least 24 hours prior to the event, we may not be able to reserve a close-by parking spot, and your entrance into the event may be delayed.
I am an artisan, winery/brewery. What time can I check in/set up?
Saturday June 1st – 9am
ALL EXHIBITORS: Saturday setup is mandatory by 10am.
WINERIES/BREWERIES: The festival site will be open from 9am-8pm Saturday, June 1st, for setup and take down. You will need to check in at the main gate and will then be escorted to your site
